Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at nicky@cherishbeauty.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 

Cherish Beauty, 50 Owen Lane, Auchenflower, Qld  4066

 

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any new, unused or opened item for a full product refund, no questions asked.  If your item is not what you thought it would be, our aim is to provide you with the best customer service possible and will help you to achieve your skins' best results. 

Please contact us on 0430067805 or email nicky@cherishbeauty.co with the subject "Return Order" and your order number.

Please be advised that the returned item must be sent back to us before receiving an an additional $10 postage customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging but will be reimbursed with the either a store credit note or full refund.  

To expedite this process, please include the following information within your return package:

  • Name On Order
  • Order #
  • Email address associated with the order
  • Return package tracking # (if possible)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 7 business days. 

I need to cancel my order

You can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.

Exchange policy

Unfortunately we do not exchange products at this time. Simply place a new order and return the original order.


Once we have confirmed your refund and your returned item is received, we will promptly send one of the following: a replacement item, a full refund into your nominated bank account or a store credit note all with an additional credit of $10 for your postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
